If your office location is in need of some type of repair or maintenance please first open a ticket by sending an email to: maint@ssidish.com

Once the ticket has been created we will get in contact with you to talk about next steps.
Notes:
> Expense repairs will need at least 2 quotes so that we can verify the problem and come up with the most feasible resolution.
> If you see something that could potentially be a problem in the future please open a ticket for these items as well so we can prepare a plan for them.
VENDOR FORMS
***Each time a vendor comes on site to do work (ex. Mowing, Spraying, Janitorial, etc...) the attached form must be completed and signed verifying the work has been done. Failure to complete this form will delay the payment process for the vendor. Once the form is completed by the vendor it can be sent to the maint@ssidish.com email so that a ticket is completed stating the work as done.
Re-Occurring Maintenance:
> Mowing
>> We will try to find the most cost effective company to keep the grass cut. Some locations do not have enough grass for permanent service so we will address those on an individual basis.
>> Landscaping cost(s) should be kept to a minimum and should have a ticket opened prior to the items being completed so we can get bids if needed.
>Bug Spraying
>> The company will pay for a cost effective company to spray as needs arise. (Standard is "Quarterly Service")
>>>Enclosed Safe Traps for mice, etc... can be ordered from Amazon via: ashton.morgan@ssidish.com
>Cleaning / Janitorial
>>>Please view the SOP listed as Janitorial for this information.
