> Body Art and/or Piercings which may be deemed offensive should not be in plain view

> Uniform Credit
Technician's will receive 1 credit towards a pair of pants and 1 polo based on the individuals need for new uniform items on their yearly anniversary date. These items can be requested by the technician to their warehouse person after their anniversary date. Karen Lee will then place the order for the requested items and have them shipped to the location.

> Additional ordering
Technicians will have access to Southern Star’s uniform vendor so as to purchase additional uniforms if desired.

> Bulk Items
It is more conducive sometimes to order certain items in multiple quantities. The only example at this time is Hard Hats which are a safety item. Warehouse clerks are required to keep these items in a secured location and will only release the standard issue to new technicians or replacement items when the originally issued item is no longer fit for use. Requests for replacement items must be accompanied by the previously issued item or the Technician can purchase a replacement at Southern Star’s cost. Items such as hats, t-shirts, etc... will be placed individually with the uniform order so that we are not stocking a bunch of extra warehouse items that could potentially become ruined sitting in the office/warehouse.

> Uniform Acknowledgement Form
All Technicians will be required to sign a Uniform Acknowledgment Form verifying the standard uniform issued. This document serves to inventory and account for items issued. Also included is acknowledgment by the technician that these items remain the property of Southern Star. Upon termination of employment, uniforms will be returned to Southern Star or a payroll deduction will be taken for the cost of the missing items.

> Technician New Hire JotForm (Order Form)

> Company Uniform Purchase (Order Form) -  This form is additional items to be purchased and paid for by the technician.
